The IUIU Arua Campus library is the premium information access point for both staff and students in the university. The library has over 1500 titles and periodicals, with a total reading capacity of 50. The current Librarian is Mudiya Mubaraka, a graduate of BLIS (IUIU).

The library is a key resource centre for students on all programmes and has an attached electronic resource centre for access to electronic journals and other online materials.
